We were met immediatel arrived by James, who quickly orientated us to the layout of the store, including ofering us complimentary coffee, then let us view the various beds until we were ready to discuss options. He was knowledgeable and courteous and understood our needs well. He made the payment process very comfortable. All in all it was a hugely satisfactory experience
