Dreams - High Wycombe

I had been trying to complete my order online but had a query about charges that were being added contrary to the information given on the website. (e.g. £25 for assembly when the website said the item was fully assembled.) I rang through and spoke to James. The phone was answered promptly and James was able to answer all my queries. He then took the details for my order. He was friendly and efficient. Made me feel like valued customer. He offered the insurance cover but didn't try to foist it on me. All went very smoothly. If the product lives up to the quality of service we'll be highly delighted.

Charlie was great We met her previously and she remembered us, knew exactly what we wanted and gave great service.

As soon as I entered Dreams (High Wycombe), I was greeted by Ben and asked if I needed any assistance for anything. I wasn't sure exacly what bed I was looking for, so he went through the different types of beds available in store. It was a foam mattress I had purchased before by Dreams and directed me to it. After deciding to choose that mattress again, Ben (along with the help of 'Chelli'?) even got me a reduced rate, since it was the Black Friday period. Overall, both of them were very helpful and didn't hesitate in purchasing the mattress. I think both of them should get a pay rise!

James was excellent , a real mine of information keen to understand our requirements

we were greeted and advised if we needed assistance to just ask, no pushy person following us around. Once we had decided the assistant was knowledgeable and able to offer us something better at a similar price that we had selected. fully explained all the deals that were on offer and how we can save further if we buy additional products.

Excellent service, good knowledge and friendliness

The range of products available was excellent as was the product knowledge of the Sales Assistant. Additional price concessions were offered. The option of bed assembly and the removal of the old bed was very helpfu.l

Cam and James in your Wycombe store were phenomenally welcoming. I arrived an hour before my partner, and they made me a coffee and helped me shortlist mattresses so that when she arrived we had whittled it down to three.
