The assistant was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy when helping us select our mattress. During the paperwork process the staff got my son a hot chocolate and were appropriately friendly without being overbearing. After we finished our mattress purchase, we browsed further and have our eye on a lovely bed for future reference.

I had a problem ordering my bed/mattress online so phoned and was helped by James who was incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He directed me through the process and, whilst expecting no less, went out of his way to assure us that our product choices were good in such a way as to make the experience extremely positive.Despite having called late on a Sunday evening, he sounded fresh and keen to assist with my enquiry. All I can say is that having previously been in management in the airline and shipping businesses for over 43 years, I would've welcomed having James in my team.
