All staff incredibly helpful. Good balance of salesmanship and being attentive whilst also trying to make sure we made right decision based on our needs which they took the time to understand. Also, asked the right questions when we were struggling with our decision to help arrive at a conclusion for purchase.

The lady who helped us with our purchase, Charlie, was excellent. She recommended just the right mattress for us and after trying several out we stuck with her choice. Charlie was very friendly, not pushing to make a sale but extremely helpful. I am still jumping for joy and feeling really pleased with the purchase Charlie helped up with.
