The lady who helped us with our purchase, Charlie, was excellent. She recommended just the right mattress for us and after trying several out we stuck with her choice. Charlie was very friendly, not pushing to make a sale but extremely helpful. I am still jumping for joy and feeling really pleased with the purchase Charlie helped up with.
