We were made to feel very welcome, the cup of coffee was a nice touch on a cold day. We were able to browse the store and see what we required before the sales assistant came over to us. We felt under no pressure to purchase and were able to get our views across to the sales assistant without any barriers.

The Sales Manager was excellent. We had been planning on going on to John Lewis to look at the range there, but we didn't bother in the end, and made our purchase in Dreams.
