Charlie's level of service, care, attention and product knowledge was, simply outstanding. I have never been into Dreams before and therefore did not know what to expect. I don't actually like shopping (!) but Charlie turned the session into a pleasurable experience. I cannot praise her highly enough...Dreams should be proud of the job she does for you

The items we were interested in were all on display. Assistance from Cameron was quick and there was no “ hard sell”. He gave us coffee and time to try all the options within our requirement.
