We were welcomed and looked after by Charli who was polite and very friendly. Her product knowledge is super impressive and her customer service skills are second to none. She didn’t rush us and gave us plenty of time to try each mattress on the list. She is passionate about the company and your products, an asset to your team and deserves to progress in her career.

We were offered help from the beginning, shown available products and allowed time to try out each product. We were not pressured to spend more than we wanted or could afford.

I visited the Dreams store looking for a kids bunk bed. I was greeted by Shiraz who was very pleasant and eager to help. After i explained what i was looking for and Shiraz showed me the perfect product for our needs. Shiraz had considerable knowledge about the product and made some excellent recommendations for the mattress. I can honestly say say that there are similar products on line or at other stores (i have been looking for a while) at a slightly better price, but i was so pleasently surprised by the high level of customer i received from Shiraz i was happy to pay the extra. Shiraz is a great credit to your store. I am definitely going to recommend your store to friends on the back of his great service.
