Friendly staff and great service

From the moment we entered the store Mick was on hand to help us. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable about all the products. He made us feel comfortable and showed us what we needed to know and let us make our own decisions. Mick made the process of buying our first bed and mattress stress free and exciting.

Staff member greeted me straight away, used the sleep machine and then got me to try out the most suited mattresses. This was the first time I've been to a proper mattress store to shop. Really good experience!

Kevin who served us was very helpful and he took his time, communicating with us as we are both Deaf. We felt comfortable, looking and trying out the beds, knowing that we can understand Kevin. He asked us appropriately how we communicate (lipreading) and he removed his mask for us to lipread while keeping his distance.

From the moment I arrived at the store, Mick took so much time and care to understand what I was looking for and explained the options thoroughly. Positive and helpful without being pushy. Although I ended up spending more than I had expected at the outset, the way it was handled made me confident that I was making the right decision. On coming home & discussing things with my husband, we decided that we would prefer a different base from the one I had originally ordered. I called the branch and Kevin was able to change the order promptly, processing a further charge by card over the phone (as the required base incurred a higher assembly charge). Very impressed with the service.
