Very friendly,not pushy but very helpful telling me the information I wanted to know. Very cheerful, made my shopping experience a delight . Offered me coffee which was very nice ,better than the one I had in a coffee shop.All in all a good exsperience.

sales assistant called Kevin was great he knew every thing we needed to know about what kind of mattress and bed we needed and was highly knowledgeable on all of dreams products. we think he was an asset to the dreams team.

From the start to the finish of being in store the service by staff was excellent, very helpful without being pushy or over interested in forcing a sale through. Also staff were very accommodating with the children and made efforts to help placate them with biscuits and drinks.
