the Sales assistant Charli worked very hard to find me the right product for the right price. friendly and professional.

The store was very well presented and everything was clearly labelled and easy to find. The best part of my visit was Charlie. Her voice was as soothing as the beds and her gentle tone and easy smile made me feel very welcome. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and gave no impression that she wanted my money but was just sincere and very pleasant and I loved that. She answered my questions instantly and exact and right there I decided, purchased and picked up a new bed in less than 24h which was extremely efficient. It is the first time I have ever bought a bed from dreams and I can with absolute certainty say that because of the 5* service I received I will always go to Charlie for as long as she remains there. I already plan on a second visit next month. I usually shop online for convenience and better prices but I am happy to go in store and pay a little extra for great customer service. It may be worth mentioning that I did spend a little too long on my own with other members of staff bypassing me which did make me feel slightly unappreciated however because I had only planned on laying on a beds and leaving I wasn't overly bothered and also they could have been serving.

Good service helpful staff painless but I was out of touch with the price of things

Ben the assistant who served us was very knowledgeable about the products. His manner was excellent and made our visit and purchase hassle free. In our opinion he is an excellent ambassador for your company. I have a few medical problems and wished to purchase an adjustable bed. He could not have been more helpful.

The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. The shop assistant, Chris, was very helpful but not pushy. We told him what we liked and he directed us to several products that fulfilled our criteria. He explained all the differences to us. We even got the perfect slot for delivery - our moving in date, and the two guys who delivered the mattress were lovely too. All round the least stressful part of our moving - and the mattress is great.
