We were assisted by Ben (Benjamin) who was very approachable and knowledgeable. We were offered a hot drink as soon as we walked into the store which was impressive and made us feel like valued customers. Ben answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect bed in very little time. The standard to customer service offered by Ben was excellent!

We were not really aware of the different types of mattresses available but the assistant showed a good knowledge of the products and helpfully guided us round the various options. He invited us to have our sleep position etc analysed on a special computer scanning mattress "device". This listed a group of suggestions that helped to narrow things down. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Good overall experience in store from start to finish, Kevin was friendly, helpful, took the time to understand what we were looking for, there was a great selection of beds and mattresses at a range of prices in a nice store

We were pleased with the young man, Cameron, who was very helpful and not at all pushy, explained everything we needed to know. We had the offer of tea or coffee. I would definitely recommend the store we went to which was Loudwater, Bucks.

We had our severely disabled daughter with us and Ben was very supportive, helping us with just the right level of advice without pestering us.
