The first order of a mattress was aborted as not enough room to get it upstairs. Came back to shop now we are moving, to organise redelivery of mattress and bought a base to go with it!! Very helpful staff sorting out refund of removing mattress and substituting with assembly service. Quickly and easily remedied.

The sales assistant, James, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Great at his job

Kevin was a wonderful salesperson answering all our questions and not pressuring us to make a decision.

The gentleman who served us, Kevin, was very knowledgeable, helpful and easily directed us to the bed suitable for our needs.

From the moment we entered we were asked if we needed any assistance. I had my wife and two boys both under 5 with me who can be quite a handful. The assistant was amazing with our young children and kept them entertained enabling us to take time to chose a bed which would best suit us. The assistant (James) deserves a medal and took it all in his stride

I was highly impressed with our lovely staff member Syaan. 👍☺️ She helped me to find the perfect bed and she was hospitable and lovely. I was also satisfied with my bed choice and price ! Thank you very much dreams and Syaan.

Because Cameron was very polite, knowledgable, not pushy at all. He responded to my needs immediately and listened from the outset. We also made a great saving.
