The salesman who helped us was very inviting and knew how to make you feel welcome and valued. good knowledge and good at reading his customers and what they need.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Felt so easy and they made sure we had plenty of time to try each mattress and thought about what needs we’d have, even just based on my boyfriends broad shoulders!

Ben the gentleman who served us was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. He allowed us time to try the products without making us feel hurried or harassed. He offered us refreshments but was not pushy or overbearing when doing so and I therefore didn’t feel pressured. The ordering system was efficient and paperless which I liked. I also liked the fact that our old mattresses will be recycled.

I was extremely pleased with your assistant Cameron. He was very friendly, welcoming, listened to what I needed, and most informative.
