Kevin was brilliant from start to finish, there was no pressure and he answered all of my questions about the products. I asked for his opinion on things like mattress quality, ottoman beds and many other things. I had to bring my partner back an hour before closing and he stayed on to make sure we were happy and saw the process through from start to finish. He completely understood our needs and didn’t try to hard sell which I really appreciated.

The whole experience was quick slick and instilled confidence in Dreams as a first rate company dealing with our needs.

We spoke to a member of staff and the manager who were both very knowledgeable on the products and what we needed. They were realistic on our budget and needs and really listened to what we liked and did not like. Overall very happy with the service we receive in-store.
