The assistant, Cameron, was extremely helpful throughout the visit. As I am currently walking with a crutch he saw us coming and opened the door, offered us refreshments and was very attentive, pointing out the lift as he saw that I wanted to go upstairs. The whole process of purchasing was very simple and clear and he got all my details correct and double-checked.

Staff allowed me to peruse and test products without interference and immediately offered assistance when called upon. My transaction was quick and trouble free and the member of sales staff loaded my car with my purchase without hesitation.

Assistant was knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy. Prices were competitive. We were encouraged to try out the beds at our ease. A pleasant experience!

In store - we were served by Cameron he was very helpful and knowledgable but wasn't pushy. Delivery - It was great that we were given a 2hr time slot, great communication that we were emailed with details, followed by text on the morning of the delivery and called by the delivery driver to say they were in there way and when to expect them. Delivery men - were quick, helpful and efficient. Great service all round.

We visited the Loudwater store and used machine to give us an idea of the most suitable mattresses for us. We then selected a small number from the options given and made our choice after lying on the ones in store and talking to the store manager.

Syan was excellent in her approach to ascertain our requirements and advising us. Her approach was friendly and professional but not pushy. We never felt rushed with our purchase. We were also very happy and surprised with the choice available at Dreams. We ordered a new Hypnos Super King Divan and headboard. It was valuable as a customer to have a choice of price bands/quality for our purchase. It was also important to have a full delivery service ie, removal of our old frame and fitting of the new.
