The assistant who met us at the store was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and while giving us the help we needed, wasn't pushy. We spent a good deal of time trying different mattresses and were left to take our time, but with attentive help if we needed it.

Cameron the sales guy was not only extremely friendly but he was also very knowledgeable about everything which we asked about

the colleague serving us in the Loudwater store called Syan was AMAZING! she was extremely helpful, showed great product knowledge, great customer service and it was good to have a laugh with her as well as placing an order.

When we came in the door we were immeadiately offered assistance, Kevin offered us a cup of tea and entertained our children whilst we were put on the sleepmatch bed. He then handed us pillows so that we could try the different beds recommended. Within two beds we had found one we both liked and we put an order in straight away. Very pleased. Gemma x

I was very satisfied with my service thanks to Shiraz at the High Wycombe branch . He was extremely polite and helpful. So helpful in fact I went back to the store a few days later and ordered a mattress.

This was our first visit to Dreams and we were so impressed with the customer service- particularly from James and Tom, but the other men working in the store were also very polite and attentive. We felt very at ease asking as many questions as we needed to and we found the knowledge and guidance very good.

The service was excellent. Well done Dreams!! I have purchased a bed from you over eight years ago, but the the service I received today was amazing. You are really putting the customer first and this really made us feel valued. It was also helpful that Charlie new the products, wasn't pushy, gave us time to browse. We liked the use of the bed simulator system, which analysed our sleeping patterns and made suggestions. We were offered a hot drink, whilst we were looking around the store. Very impressed with how the shopping experience at Dreams has changed. I cannot say it again ... Well Done!!
