James, the assistant who helped us in store, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating with the specific and awkward requirements I had (e.g. needed to match unusual room dimensions and go home with at least the mattress on the same day, etc.), and struck an excellent balance between being attentive and available while also giving us time to decide by ourselves. I've already recommended the store to a co-worker based on our great experience was with him. I also really appreciate how patient Darren, the delivery driver for the bed frame on 05/Apr/2019, was with waiting for someone to be available to meet him after unexpected delays and keeping me updated. It was very kind of him.
