Assistant was very helpful when understanding the purchase was for a child and didn’t try any hard or up selling.

I have be going to Dreams - High Wycombe since around 1994 and have made numerous purchases there over the years. I have even taken my parents to this branch to purchase their bed. My son and his girlfriend will be purchasing their 1st home soon and she has already decided which bed she is buying from Dreams. I always feel welcome. There is always refreshments to hand. The staff, although they have changed over the years, are very polite, helpful and sometimes comical. I like the fact that the warehouse next door is always fully stocked if you want to take your purchase home yourself, which I have done in the past, then you can. If I ever need beds or mattresses, I will always go to Dreams in High Wycombe
