The sales assistant Shiraz, was attentive and helpful but also allowed us the space to view, test and discuss the products without interference. He pointed out the best deal in the store for the type of product we were looking for and we were able to purchase a mattress at a cheaper price than be had expected and budgeted for.

Quick and efficient service, impressed by the machine that gauges which type of mattress would suit us best. A good range of mattresses to try and given plenty of time to make an informed choice before purchase. Also an excellent cup of coffee!

Charli was excellent! Made me great cuppa, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Processed out order without fuss. Helped us with advice about bed build (which we decided to do). Very well done.

I was served by a lovely guy called Ben whose customer service was second to none. I was with my dad at the time and afterwards he actually remarked to me that he was really pleased with the service we received (and I think this may have been the first time in my life he's ever made a positive comment about customer service...). Ben was really friendly even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing time, offered us a coffee and told us that there's no rush whatsoever! He provided the perfect balance of expert guidance whilst also giving us some space to browse around without the pressure of a salesperson hovering over us! Honestly really pleased and I want to make sure Ben gets the recognition he deserves.

Friendly welcome, we were offered a pillow to test the beds with. The Sleepmatch machine was really helpful...as was the sup of tea. Kevin, who served us couldn't have been more helpful.

Visit successful. As already indicated, items required are available to the standard and price that we hoped for, and delivery time acceptable. Cameron, who made us welcome, was most helpful, and without pressure guided us to products which suited our requirement. It was a pleasure to meet him, and our thanks herewith.

Knowledge of James assessing our needs and making suggestions following our comments e.g. reduce impact of partner turning over during night, reducing heat etc

Charlie was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She made us feel relaxed and unpressurised. Excellent at her job and should be recognised for her very high customer service skills. The only problem we encountered was the long time we have to wait for delivery but that was beyond Charlies control.
