We had no intention of buying a bed that day, but the salesman understood exactly what we needed and managed, against all odds, to find what we were looking for and seal the deal within minutes. We also spent more that we had assumed beds now cost (after a 10 year gap from the last Dreams bed we bought).

The staff were friendly, especially Shiraz, very knowledgeable on the beds, specifically the TV bed I ordered. The demo was clear & concise. The dream mattress allocation was a good demo helped choose a mattress that suited my needs. I would definitely go back if I needed to just because of the customer service.

I knew i wanted a Tempurpedic bed but did not know which one. Your colleague, Cameron, gave me a great deal of information to help me to realise which one i needed. I actually went into the store just to look but Cameron was so helpful and enthusiastic that i decided there was no reason not to go ahead straightaway. By the way, your machine makes a lovely cup of coffee.

Because they were helpful and friendly. Also they had knowledge of what they where selling at the store and wanted to help if there was anything we were not satisfied with what we wanted.
