The layout of the store was excellent, easy to understand, well lit and spacious. We were so well looked after by Shiraz the sales representative. He was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the full range of the products stocked. With his guidance and help we were able to navigate our way through the different items until we were happy with the mattresses we liked. He was not pushy toward one particular make or price and gave us time and space to make up our own minds. The fact that we were not put under any pressure to buy or not to buy was the most satisfying. The quantity of products to choose from and their quality was excellent.

Satwinder was knowledgable, friendly not at all pushy. A great experience.

A first time customer at Dreams. Love my mattress, Campbell D 4' 6" (medium) with memory foam on top. 'It's like sleeping on fluffy clouds'. I would certainly recommend this mattress. A very satisfied customer. I shall be returning to dreams later this year to buy a bed.

We entered the Loudwater store and were warmly greeted by Kevin. We explained we were looking to purchase a new mattress. Kevin asked if we would like some help, and if we had a couple of minutes to try the sleep match machine. I thought it was brilliant. Kevin then offered us a cup of tea! It was a fabulous welcome to the store. Kevin then discussed the mattress suggestions and even gave us a couple of temper pillows to try out. Once we had narrowed down our options to 2/3 mattresses, he left us to discuss between ourselves. As soon as we had decided ( we went with the Tempur) he was immediately available to help us complete our purchase. Everything was explained, and our new mattress will be with us on Thursday which is amazing. Thank you Dreams for making what could have been a stressful experience, an awful lot of fun! I feel really confident that we have purchased the right mattress for us.
