GREAT SERVICE FROM CHARLIE - SPENT OVER AN HOUR TO REALLY UNDERSTAND OUR NEEDS AND SHOW US ALL THE PROS/CONS OF THE BEDS IN THE STORE. WE WENT IN TO BUY A MATTRESS FOR OUR DAUGHTER, AND CAME OUT BUYING A MATTRESS FOR OURSELVES TOO

Shiraz was a very personable guy with a great knowledge and personalized service offering me and helping me with exactly what I needed. He also has great conversation and was very passionate and had a good energy even though it was during his fasting hours. (I use to live in Dubai so understand completely how hard it is to fast and work long long hours). I was very happy with service and look forward to receiving my bed!

Friendly and helpful assistance given to guide us to the right choice for us. Shiraz took time to understand what we were looking for, also using technology to assess our requirements. The cup of coffee was an additional plus! We are looking forward to delivery of our mattress and are sure it will live up to our expectations. We would be happy to recommend Dreams and will no doubt use them again.

A customer service agent welcomed us as we arrived and asked what we were looking for. He gave us a demo on the mattress checker, brought us coffee. He showed us the range of mattresses available to us and gave us a pillow to try with each mattress. Saved me a lot of time hoping around the shop as Ben knew what he was talking about and what we needed. Best mattress shopping I’ve ever had.

Friendly, helpful guidance, including use of the 'Sleep Machine' lead us to making the most appropriate selection of mattress for us. There was a wide choice of mattresses for us to try in store. Shiraz was attentive and knowledgeable but gave us space to think as well. The coffee was excellent!

Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. He greeted us when we entered the store and then after an appropriate amount of time came to help. Having identified the initial product we wanted he then left us to browse as we decided on our other purchases. He took interest; tried to help, compared and contrasted products; called up items on his phone that were not on display (an I-pad would be a nice thing to give to the sales team - even one between them if possible). He also interacted on a perfect level with my daughter and even had a go at spelling her name (its an unusual one! - at the time of placing the order). Tom, the manager also assisted when we got to the stage that we were placing the full order and they had a great double act going as they allowed us to test duvets, pillows etc. Both my wife and I had a coffee and my daughter was even offered hot chocolate. A great level of service which was nice. £8K is a decent amount of money to spend and it was good to feel that our purchases were appreciated. Hope Kevin gets decent commission! He was a credit to you.

Decided to look for a new mattress over the bank holiday to make the most of the sales. James the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, without being to pushy. He was very accommodating, making coffee for us and talking through the products to suit my needs. Also very happy the purchase as bought in the sale. I usually buy John Lewis for any furniture but after my experience I will definitely be going back to buy the base and headboard and mattress for one of my other beds which also needs replacing.

Cameron was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful from the moment we walked into the shop. He was excellent and a credit to your business.

We were welcomed, we had time to look around and we received help when we needed it. We didn’t feel pestered or followed as you can do when looking for furniture.

I was helped by the manager Tom, very knowledgeable given good information and the right length of time to decide which mattress to buy.
