Arrived looking for a new bed and went away very satisfied with our new purchase. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

The sales assistant Kevin was really helpful and showed us exactly what we wanted. He gave us time to look around and advised us on the final purchase.

We only live 10 miles away from the showroom. Parking was easy and the sales assistant, Benjamin, was extremely helpful, and allowed us to wander round the store without putting us under pressure to place an order. We were offered, and accepted, coffee while we browsed. A pleasant experience over all.

My partner and I were highly satisfied because we received amazing customer service at the Dreams store in High Wycombe from the very beginning to the end of our visit. We were introduced to a new system which told us which mattress would be potentially the best for our needs. We were also offered a cup of coffee (very tasty) and had the assistance we needed at all times. Everything we asked was explained clearly and specific advice for our needs was given. The knowledge about the products which assistants had was to high standards, especially Tom and Shiraz.

Greeted immediately on entry to the store. Felt properly listened to; found our previous order history etc. Enjoyed experience with new bed analysis system; beds recommended for us were immediately comfortable and felt right for us. No sense of being put under pressure, more one of being assisted to find the right products for us.

Kevin the sales assistant was excellent. Attentive, hospitable, very knowledgeable, polite etc. Couldn't really say how it could be improved he was excellent.
