Very good staff and very good product presentation and availability

We weren't expecting to actually make a purchase at Dreams. We just thought we'd take a look at what they had as a comparison to other shops. We were greeted politely, asked what we were looking for, were offered the SleepMatch electronic service, offered a selection of beds to try and not harassed at all. We went back several times on different days and finally made an expensive purchase on our 3rd visit. We couldn't have been looked after any better.

Help in the store was immediately available. I wanted a specific kind of double bed, a single bed and 3 mattresses and Ben, at High Wycombe, quickly directed me to all of the items in the store. He understood what I wanted and was keen to sort me out in the short timescale that I was working to. The store had exactly the double bed I was looking for but it had just gone off sale. Ben said that he would try and get me the ex display model and he was keen to offer me the best prices for all my purchases. When I returned the following morning (we had gone into store just before closing the day before) Ben was able to confirm that the display bed frame was available. He dealt with the order and payment efficiently and organised delivery when I wanted it. I was very impressed with his knowledge, his customer service and his friendly approach.

shiraz was really informative - didn't waste time showing us mattresses that was not going to suit our needs - let us try the range the suited our needs best My mum of 95 also bought a mattress form you a month ago and the service she received was amazing - she is an extremely proud lady who knows what she wants, the young chap looked after her really well and she is very happy with her purchase - thank you!

Friendly non pushy sales man

Everything was explained in understandable terms to our satisfaction with regard to quality of goods that we were interested in buying.

Kevin was very helpful and knowledgable about the bed I ordered and guided me through the process step by step. He was also very friendly Top marks to him

We used the bed simulator and the store manager (Josh?) at Wycombe was very knowledgeable, steering us to the best options. I went in with the intention of researching and came out having bought a mattress, because it was all so easy.

I phoned the shop to ask if a Hypnos mattress I'd seen online was in stock in store, the salesman James said not but there was another similar Hypnos in store if I wished to go and try laying on it. James answered the phone with a polite and pleasant manner, I agreed to go see the mattress in store. On arrival we were greeted and offered coffee, James explained aspects of different mattresses showing us different mattress covers, brought us different pillows and even moved the mattress from a hard base divan to a sprung base as I said it was going on a sprung base. We are looking to purchase a good quality King size bed and mattress in the next month or so and will definitely look at Dreams after such excellent customer service which is lacking in lots of places these days. James and Tom made choosing a bed a really pleasurable experience. They were friendly and humorous but also knew the products I was interested in inside out. They didn't do any pressure selling on my initial visit so I really looked forward to coming back with my wife to take a final decision. I liked the free coffee too.
