We found Shiraz our Dreams Assistant in the High Wycombe branch to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always on hand to answer any questions we had and gave us enough space and time to make our decision. We were even offered a lovely latte.

Excellent personal service from both Shiraz and Tom. We also found your mattress choosing software great as it gave my wife and I the right start in choosing the correct bed. Tom was especially helpful and no hard sell making us feel we were not pressured into buying a particular bed. Will definitely be using you again and recommending you to our friends. Thanks again. We were greeted at the door by Shiraz who was lovely and friendly but not at all pushy (as salesman often are). He helped us find a suitable bed and showed us variations of it so that we chose exactly what we wanted. He completed the paperwork side quickly and efficiently and shook our hands as we left.

From the moment I walked into the store Kevin was friendly and helpful, and he took the time to understand my needs and to advise me on suitable mattresses. He also offered me a coffee, which I particularly appreciated as I had just finished a night shift! He instructed me how to use the Dreams bed tester machine and then explained the results to me. I felt supported throughout the whole process and the whole experience was very positive.

Charli was really helpful and friendly as soon as we walked into the store. She explained about all the different options we could go for and said to walk around the store and take our time looking and come back to her when we were ready. She was knowledgeable about the type of pillows and mattresses I should go for. We had already used the sleep machine on a previous visit so knew which mattress was suitable. She offered us refreshments more than once & made the whole experience pleasant.

Kevin approched and greeted us as soon as we walked in with a welcoming smile, he then asked us a few questions regarding our requirements, set us up on the sleep match machine, got us a drink, gave me and my partner a pillow each and started to show us around what mattresses suited our requirements. He was very helpful, professional and we enjoyed our experience while in store.
