I walked in and within 30 seconds I was greeted by a chap named Charles. Asked us how we are doing and if we needed any help. I said we are looking for a particular type of bed can you point us in the direction and off we went. 5 mins later he came over and asked if everything is OK and how we were getting on. I asked him a few questions about certain beds we saw and he was very knowledgeable. I made my purchase just because of the service I received from Charles I've been to furniture village, Benson for beds and could find what I was looking for and the service was not as good. When processing Charles had abit of banter was a good laugh and great experience overall. Only downfall I'd say is could of got abit more discount but he did his best but that's not his fault. 10/10 hope to come to dreams again to make more purchases.

We were greated and asked if we needed help. Offered the Matress finder, which helped a lot. Charlie offered us a drink, showed us all the beds on the list, her product knowledge was excellent. When we came to placing the order unfortunately the headboard was out of stock hence we do not have a delivery date yet. We will definitely use Dreams again. The whole experience was easy and at no point did we feel like we were being "sold to".

Leah, the sales assistant, guided me smoothly through the process. From using the Sleepmatch machine at the beginning, to ensure that I selected the correct mattress, to showing me my chosen bed and matching headboard in a room setting on the computer, Leah, seemed very knowledgeable about the products. We were not interrupted by phone calls or other salesmen and so I felt that I had Leah's complete attention. She even offered me a drink of water! The covid protection measures were all in place too. My whole shopping experience was smooth and very satisfying. If the delivery and assembly matches up to these standards I will certainly be very happy and recommend Dreams to others.

Kevin was highly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to understand what we were looking for as well showing a wide range of mattresses. The quality was good on everything.
