My first operator was Kevin, who advised me in the best option king size mattress for backache, he was a great help, I then had Jamie who assisted me with pillows the next day, to which arrived so quickly and lastly Joe and John the delivery guys who were the most polite professional lads. I am so grateful for the outstanding service I have received, your staff are a credit to your company. I will recommend to all family and friends and be back to shop again for my daughters mattress in the very near future.

I built my own business on service and am very critical on inferior service. I actually complimented Charlie on her service level before I left. So rare to find a salesperson who not only knows their product but cares how they present it. Whatever you are paying her, it's not enough, she deserves to go far within your company.
