I was given expert advice, after the test to find the rind mattress for me, and all my questions and doubts were promptly and professionally answered. When it came to pay, I was given the opportunity to option for a bank transfer, which was the optimal solution for me at that time.

On my first visit to the Loudwater store in the evening there was only 1 person working and I had to leave to get to the gym before my order was taken . On my second visit a few days later there was still only one person manning the store but I was able to be served and place my order

After a very unhappy experience 2 years ago and not really wanting to step inside Dreams again I rang to speak to the Store Manager who gave me the name of Kevin to assist my disabled mum. He was extremely knowledgable about the products, very thorough and extremely patient for which we were very grateful. A real asset to the company. Would now not hesitate to come back.

The salesman was highly knowledgeable with all the products. Especially impressed with the machine which determines the type of mattress I needed. Extremely friendly and helpful salesman. Thoroughly nice experience
