Charlie the assistant was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She was not at all overwhelming and gave my husband and I time to think about our purchases. We used the lumber assessment machine with her help and with this information she guided us through the choices of recommendations.

The representative (Charles) provided a friendly and professional experience from the initial welcome and engagement with us through to the final purchase transaction. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and importantly aware of when to engage and when to provide us with a little space and time to think during the selection process. This is retail at its' best.

The team at the store were absolutely fantastic and we agreed to return to finalise the credit agreement. But if you are running a business where all transaction depend on IT, IT needs to be there even at the unsocial retail hours and not just core business. The support model you have leaves the store team exposed and whilst they cover the glitches you should either invest in resilience or have proper support that matches core hours.

The lady who originally walked us through was exceptionally experienced and really got the measure right.of approach. Others could learn a lot from this lady. She could serve us in the end as she was taking an order from another customer, however before she did so, she arranged for the manager to complete our order

We came in specifically looking for an adjustable bed for a disabled person. Our sales person James was knowledgable. Took time to ask what we needed. Showed us all the options. Helped test some mattresses.
