The member of staff was very friendly and listened to exactly what it was I was looking for and even recommended a higher quality items that had gone on sale so it would save me money.

The sale ended the following day and whilst I was keen to buy I was not in a position to place the order at that time. James gave me a quote for what I wanted, suggested I called the following day to place the order and if I wanted to cancel I had 48 hours to do so. This was the ideal outcome and I was able to place my order, do what I needed to do and will keep the order.

James offered great service, was friendly and offered highly valuable insights into what to consider when purchasing a new mattress. I felt I was in good hands and enjoyed the professional service I received. I would definitely recommend the store in Beaconsfield, as this was a great shopping experience.

James spoke to us as we walked in. He looked after us very well. We had the bed program tell us our preferred mattress and then was shown some. We then had a look at the offers and ended up with practically a whole new bed suite. James was great coming back and forth to check on us and gave us time to discuss and plan.

Our salesman James was very helpful and informative, without being pushy. We weren’t rushed into a decision and he showed us a variety of mattress options to help us decide. I especially liked the mattress machine which tested your sleeping preference.

James was exceptional. Truly outstanding customer service from the start to the finish. Knowledge was good, service exceptional. Really talented sales guy with wonderful inter-personal and relationship skills and qualities.

Charlie was so helpful and her knowledge of the types of beds offered was very helpful. She offered me coffee too and very good it was!

Normally I dread shopping with my children (in case they go a bit feral) but the experience could not have been more family-friendly. Charlie was kind, helpful, lovely with my children (she even made them all a hot chocolate) and knowledgable. I was not made to feel rushed or pressured into a purchase. I didn’t think in a million years that the experience of buying a mattress (particularly with children in tow) would be enjoyable, but it actually was!

Our salesperson Charli was fantastic, she knew how to read us, when to say things, when to give us space, she helped us work within our budget but still was able to fulfill our requirements with some creative thinking. She was a pleasure to deal with.
