The experience of buying a new mattress after 16 years was both entertaining and fulfilling. I was in the store for about an hour before I made my purchase and only went in for a couple of new pillows. James on the sales floor was assisting me with pillow selection when we started talking about me needing a new mattress. His knowledge was extensive - he wasn't pushy at all, it was like having a conversation with a friend that was really passionate about something, and for me it seemed to do the trick! I was swaying towards the same brand that I already had, and probably would have stuck with that if I hadn't have received the amazing time and attention from James on the sales floor. He completely understood my needs and allowed me to continue laying on these two mattresses that I was swaying towards. Once I'd made my decision, putting the order through was easy. Not only did I receive discount due to the Sale that was on, I also received Interest Free Credit helping me to spread the payments. I only had to wait five days for my matress to be delivered! Overall, I was so impressed by the service and will go back again when it's time to replace my daughter's bed.

Easy experience

Went In store. Asked what I need and was led there. Went back to ask questions and then assistance was given to find. The right mattress and gave us a cup of tea. The shop assistant went above and beyond to meet only needs. Thank you.
