THe assistant Kevin was welcoming and knowledgeable about the products and the construction of the mattresses. He allowed me time to try the mattresses without interruption. He made suggestions from his knowledge and from the information from the mattress that measures your sleep pattern, to optimise the choice of mattresses. He offered beverages during my visit, gave me a pillow to use whilst trying the products which he based on my sleep position. He was attentive yet not intrusive and was overall very helpful.

Charlie was very helpful and assisted us with the mattress testing to find out which would be the best mattress for us. We did not feel pressured into buying anything and were given time to consider our options.

The quality of service was excel lent. Staff were friendly and professional and explained that there was a problem with the computer system. When this was resolved we received a phone call as promised.
