From the moment we entered the shop, Charly was very helpful and welcoming. She even got a bowl of water for our dog who looked very hot in the heat outside. She was patient with myself and my husband, especially as we were not clear as to what we wanted! We found the bed that we both agreed on and left very happy customers.

Charles was incredibly helpful from when I entered through to purchase. I was offered refreshment immediately and allowed to browse at my own leisure. Everyone made sure that I was welcomed to the store but we’re not over pushy which allowed me not to stress when making my decision.

Your salesman provided excellent product knowledge, was able to then advise of suitable products within our budget. We would normally then shop around for comparison but did not feel the need to as we felt the products were reasonably priced.

Kevin was very friendly and helpful and gave us various options that would be suitable for us at different price ranges as we had no idea what we were looking for when we first came to store.

We received an amazing service from James, he was really informative and very helpful and made us feel completely at ease with our decision. We went to Benson Beds first of all but then went to Dreams to see what they had and was so happy we did. We didn't get a fraction of the service from Benson Beds as we did from Dreams.

James took care of all our requirements and observed what we were looking for before we even asked. He noted my partner and I needed a mattress that gave my partner the firmness, yet soft enough for myself to enjoy a good nights sleep. James offered all the bells and whistles that go with the sale, yet was also not overly pushy with sales. Shopping at Dreams was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Kevin was knowledgable about the products. Provided both technical and ‘lay mans’ terms for the products and services. Able to use the technology to good effect and showed us a range of goods to meet our needs.
