I received excellent customer service - I was greeted when I entered the store, I was invited by Josh to try the 3D Sleepmatch experience confirming our desire for a firm mattress. The next day I returned to purchase the mattress, I was greeted by Kevin and offered a tea or coffee and my 4 year old was offered a drink too. I was given a pillow to take around store with me to try my first a second choice of mattresses again. I then placed the order with Kevin who kindly did all the hard work in placing the order but put it through under James’ account as per my request as James had been so helpful to my last year when I almost bought a bed for my Daughter. Great customer experience and wonderful team dynamics between Josh, Kevin and James. Proper team spirit.

Warm welcome with friendly and knowledgable staff. Nicely laid out store and visually pleasing. Good range of bedroom products at acceptable prices of a good quality. Delivery options reasonable.

Assistant very patient and helpful

Very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly service, without being too pushy. Took time to understand what I wanted and then made sure I knew all the options and the benefits of each. The Sleepmatch machine was reassuring in confirming the type of mattress needed. Also little touches like saying Hello when we entered the store and offering us coffee

Sathi was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. He took time to talk us through the different mattresses you stocked and gave us time and space to discuss our options. We didn’t feel rushed or pressurised. Both my fiancé and I have him a wish list for our bed frame and he directed towards one that suited us both. We were very happy with the level of customer service we received.

Good friendly service from James for a good quality product that will suit our needs on top of a short delivery time.

We were approached after a couple of minutes by Kevin and asked if we needed assistance which we did and the sales assistant explained clearly the questions asked. He then went away and then approached us a few minutes later which I liked. No pressure applied on us , which is a big plus for me. We then discussed the product we were interested in and agreed on 2 beds. The finance side was very easy to complete and explained clearly by Kevin once again. Faultless service.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff (both Josh who served us originally and the store manager who assisted us when we went back to make the purchase). Great balance of providing the info you need and leaving you to test out the mattresses on your own. Great product knowledge. Very impressed and significantly better than my experience with my previous mattress from John Lewis.

Kevin our assistant was really informative and he wasn't pushy. He let us have enough time to mull over the various options. He gave us drinks and myself and my daughter were invited to use the Sleepmatch bed. I also liked the idea of having my own pillow to take around the showroom. Kevin was really friendly and I hope he sees my comments. A really easy shopping experience and I will recommend Kevin to anyone who needs a new mattress.
