I was assisted by James who was extremely knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about beds. He helped me to select a perfect mattress for my needs and gave me options on bed bases, explaining the difference in quality, specifically on divan drawers which I use a lot. He was very friendly, sincere and has excellent interpersonal skills. He didn't rush me and let me mull over the options that I had narrowed it down to before I made my final decision. He made the experience very easy and enjoyable.

We were greeted politely on arrival and then left to browse for a short time. When approached again by Kevin he gave great advice on how to get started, then offered us a cuppa. We then used the sleep match machine to refine our needs, and given a suitable pillow to use as we were guided around the options. Very happy with the advice given and attention paid by Kevin. Good price for the total package, and a short delivery time.

James was incredibly helpful & enthusiastic throughout the whole process.

The member of staff we spoke to (Kevin) had the perfect balance between being attentive, but with being imposing. His product knowledge was fantastic, and incredibly helpful, as we’d been to a few other retailers and had received nowhere near the help we had in Dreams. The plus Kevin stayed 15/20 minutes after the store had closed to help us place our order.

James (store in loudwater) was down to earth. Very honest and excellent costumer service skill. He was very polite but fun and proffessional. We also had offered coffee and tea which was really nice. Our experience was excellent.

Your sales guy was very helpful, answered questions directly and didn't give a load of waffle or pressurise me into services or product I did not want.
