I was happy with my shopping experience because number one thing in my book, no hard sell, if I get anyone trying to hard sell me, you would not make a sale, and I would never use you again, so well done on that point. As for everything else all good nice happy and helpful staff, cup of coffee and good parking. Happy Days Thank you Dream Team xx

Our customer service was great with Kevin. He gaves us great advice on the different types of bed , gave us time to think and didn;t pressure us into buying anything. This gave us space to think and discuss our choices. We ended up buying a good mattress.
