It wasn’t only myself who was highly satisfied during my visit to the Dreams store in Loudwater but my wife and my son too who are not easy to be pleased do they scored 10 out of 10 for the service,the quality and the price too! We are definitely will visit Dreams again without ever thinking to go anywhere else of similar stores…Dreams store is the best.

James was attentive and helpful. He dealt with my queries expertly and suggested many options with a personable, friendly manner. The overall experience was easy and just what I needed.

Our assistant Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't the slightest bit pushy - he gave us plenty of time on our own to try the beds. Nothing was too much trouble.

The young lady was very helpful and I went on the special bed. We looked at beds recommended and several others. She was very thorough talking through things.

The size of the store enabled a very large range of the various beds to be on display. Range offered covered all qualities and price.

This is our second time purchasing from this Dreams location. Honestly, we came the first time, because the signage outside of the store was good, but we came back because my wife saw on one of the trucks that the mattresses were made in the UK. It's worth it to us to avoid buying Chinese-made products where possible, both for national economic reasons and the environment. Too few companies have this commitment to both, which is why we'll continue to buy from you.

We were greated and asked if we needed help. Offered the Matress finder, which helped a lot. Charlie offered us a drink, showed us all the beds on the list, her product knowledge was excellent. When we came to placing the order unfortunately the headboard was out of stock hence we do not have a delivery date yet. We will definitely use Dreams again. The whole experience was easy and at no point did we feel like we were being "sold to".
