Can't fault the service by Josh. Knowledgable, but not pushy.

I visited the store twice on the day I purchased so that I could consider my options. I received excellent service from both Nevill and Charles - I think that was his name. They were knowledgable, friendly and didn't rush us in anyway.

My wife and I were highly satisfied with the two people who assisted us in the purchase of our new bed, Charli and Neville in the High Wycombe branch. They were both friendly helpful and both had excellent product knowledge. We would recommend this store to our friends and family.

James at the Wycombe branch was extremely helpful both on the phone and in the shop, sorted us out with a pickup date that suited us and made us a banging latte - what more do you want!?

My other half and I were purchasing a new bed and mattress for our first home and from the moment we entered the store we were greeted in a professional and helpful manner by James. Once we had a browse around the store he was extremely helpful with helping us chose the correct products for us. We were invited to use the sleep machine (the one to determine the correct mattress for you), offered refreshments and was very knowledgeable in the mattresses we were trying out. When purchasing our bed and mattress he was very thorough and went through all the details, could not fault his service.

We came to the store with a view to purchasing a specific product. The first member of staff was able to direct us to the products we required Explained in detail all our questions we asked and enabled us to decide to purchase
