I called last minute in the hope I could collect a bed on the same day. Everyone I spoke to went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed. Abdul was fantastic, he had less than an hour to sort everything out for me before I arrived. He was polite, dedicated and truly brilliant, the best customer service I have ever received.

Thanks to Josh at Knaves Beech, High Wycombe. We shuffled in, probably wondering what we were doing there, and where to start. He greeted us in a friendly way, spotted we meant business, asked what we wanted, LISTENED!, and proceeded to provide exactly the service we were after, efficiently, and giving us the right amount of time to make our minds up. He is just about the best sales assistant I have ever met - and I am 67. We were also impressed by the whizzy mattress scanner.technology.

I enjoyed the using the new sleepMatch as have always found it difficult knowing what Mattress is best. After the assistants guidance, we found a very comfortable mattress after trying 3. He was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Very happy with getting the bedside table off the shop floor as this product has been discontinued. Bought the matching bed and was delighted that it can be delivered in a week, I thought the wait would be far longer
