Charli served us and could not have been more helpful. She was extremely knowledgable about all the products and gave us just the right level of detail. She was also unbelievably kind to our 3 children, giving them colouring to do and a drink. She didn’t rush us or pressure us into anything. She was attentive and thoughtful to our needs.
