The salesman (Abdul) who spent most of the time with us was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy to achieve a sale.

Assistant James was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greated by a member of staff who was very friendly and happy to help us. He asked us what we were looking for and then advised the mattress advisor bed. Thats prints a list of the mattress suitable for you. Funnily one of the mattress he had advised, based on what we had expressed we wanted, was on the list and was the mattress we went for in the end.

We went into our local store to purchase a new mattress for our new house - even though the store was understaffed and fairly busy on a Saturday we were immediately seen to by Charlie who got us a cup of tea and helped us find exactly what kind of bed we both wanted. She has excellent knowledge of the stock and tailored the mattresses she showed us to our preferences and really helped us to narrow down our choices and find our perfect bed! We managed to find a mattress for our spare bedroom, get mattress protectors for both mattresses and four pillows all for an excellent price - we would definitely recommend the High Wycombe store to family and friends!

The customer service we experience from James was really great. We were offered a cup of coffee straight away after being shown how to use the sleepmatch machine. He was very patient with me as I was taking a long time to decide on the mattress! He was very informative, friendly and helpful.

Mick was helpful and friendly, he gave us space to discuss our purchase but was immediately on hand when we had a question. He made what could have been a confusing process much more straightforward. His colleagues also helped out cheerfully when required.
