My daughter and I came in to look at mattresses thinking that this could be a long job but Charli made the process easy . Her knowledge about the products she sells made me feel that we have purchased the right mattress for my daughter.

Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he assisted us when needed and left us to keep testing and trying the mattresses. He was available for any questions we had. He was pleasant and polite and we did not feel pressurised in anyway. We were offered tea and given plenty of time to make our decision. He is an asset to dreams.

Josh greeted us on arrival without seeming pushy but just finding out if he could be of assistance. Once he had determined that we were looking for a mattress he suggested us trying out the sleep match machine which we did using. Once he had the results he offered us a drink which we declined. He then took us round the store letting us try out the suggested mattresses as well as a few others. He even moved the mattresses around so that we got to try them on the same type of base we have at home. He gave us pillows to use throughout the trials. He again offered us drinks during the time of doing the paperwork and payment. He also explained the additional insurance which we took out. We could not have been happier with the service. In fact we had just been to John Lewis and found the service at Dreams much better and decided there was no point going anywhere else and therefore ordered the mattress there and then.
