Abdul the store manager helped us on this occasion. He was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He ensured the children were ok and offered us all hot drinks - all very nice too. He did not do the ‘hard sell’ on additional products e.g. just honestly explained the benefits leading us to take them up. Exactly customer service. On the previous visit we had been assisted by Josh who was equally helpful and friendly. He explained the difference in the mattresses and was not intrusive whilst we discussed our budget etc. He provided us with a printed estimate of our potential choices enabling us to return - with the children - allowing them to choose their preferred mattresses. Truly excellent customer service overall. Highly recommend Dreams. This was our third visit and each time has been the same. Well done!

Charli was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The store was well laid out. We explained our requirements and the relevant options were identified and appropriate amount of time was given. Nothing was too much trouble. Abdul was available when required to give assistance and again very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Assistance was available when needed and as much time needed was allowed.

The staff were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were greeted by James when we entered the store and he spent a long time with us, testing for the kind of mattress we need, explaining and demonstrating mattresses and divan beds, their qualities and suitability, etc., and answering all our questions
