Charles was very professional, non evasive, friendly and knowledgable which made our experience purchasing a new mattress and pillow very pleasing and easy.

Efficient at dealing with our needs and understandable with budgets. Speed at which we were dealt with and friendliness of staff

We went to other high street bed shops in which nobody came up to us and gave us the service dreams did. This is one of the reasons we went with Dreams

We were greeted by Kevin on arrival and he was very friendly and helpful; throughout the visit he struck the right balance between being attentive and giving us space to try products and think. He brought us drinks, answered our questions and his advice was very helpful. We tried pillows that he provided and used the sleepmatch device to help us. Can’t fauly the service.

I was greeted by Mick Picciano almost as soon as I walked through the door & he asked if I needed assistance. I explained that I was looking for a new mattress & he suggested that I go onto the SleepMatch system to aid the sort of mattress I should look at. This I did & then Mike showed me several mattress's, provided me with a pillow & advise that I lay on each. Having done so I selected which mattress I wanted to buy, once establishing that if the mattress proved ultimately unsuitable when I actually slept on it I could change it, & that you would take away my old mattress. Mike explained the 40 night guarantee. He then offered me tea or coffee which I accepted & he also explained the benefit of mattress cover, which I also purchased. A delivery date was arranged & payment made.

We were greeted shortly after we entered the store by Charles at the High Wycombe branch. He was extremely polite and helpful. He helped us narrow down the bed by evaluating our needs and preferences.

Kevin, Josh and Michael at High Wycombe were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I received an outstanding service and was able to leave with confidence in my purchases.

I was made to feel at ease when i entered the store , the staff were very helpful and was even offered a drink which i declined . I used the system which determined which mattress would suit me , there were several choices . One of those was a mattress which i had earmarked by looking on the website so was quite pleased . Prompt and efficient with the transaction , one more satisfied customer.
