The person who dealt with me was very helpful and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. I felt sorry for him as he was the only member of staff there. The store had a good selection of stock.

Myself and my husband were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams because we were pleasantly surprised by the extreme friendliness of Charlie who helped us from start to finish. She was also very knowledgeable which made the process easier and helped us make the right decision.

We were greeted in a friendly manner on entering the store. We were advised immediately where all the products were located. We were immediately guided through suitable options for us. We were advised of discounts available. We were offered a pillow and drinks. The whole process was easy and friendly.

The advisor Michele at the High Wycombe branch was amazing and helped me find exactly what I was after.

The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on and i no longer wake up with aches and pains in my limbs and back, a well manufactured item.

We were fully advised and talked through the options available and made our choice quite quickly. Delivery was easily organised and we felt like nothing was too much trouble for the sales assistant we talked too.

The Sales person Charli, was brilliant from start to end. Very good product knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for her.

The assistant was very helpful. Not pushy at all but was able to answer all of our questions and was very friendly. He hadn’t been working there long but, could answer all of our questions. The staff make all the difference when you step in to a showroom and he was great.

Mick at High Wycombe was extremely knowledgable and helpful. We used the Dream Machine which was a great aid to choosing the right bed. We were given pillows when testing the mattresses too, which was a good addition. Could not fault the experience

The assistant Charles was very knowledgeable and listened very well to our needs. Then we tried out the bed that tells you the suitable mattress. We then tried a range of those mattresses and made the purchase. Very knowledgeable assistant and attentive to our needs
