Atmosphere was great customer service was onpoint but the inly thing was the name is spelt wrong on my invoice i was sent as an email also wasnt able to get a copy of the reciept feom the them for technical problems which i dont think was the person fault serving me. Overall was a great experiance will also be coming back to perchase more mattress from dreams but the only thing was me not able to get a copy of my invoice there bit i still got the email i did tell him the correct spelling of my name which is not a big deal.

Charlie was not only very knowledgable about all the beds but very friendly and was able to answer and understand any questions or comments we made.

I have come away from my purchase today BUZZING with excitement! I've just bought my first bed & mattress and feel very confident in my purchase from the Dreams in High Wycombe. Had visited the site twice, and was greeted by Charles within the first minute of being in store. Charles has been an excellent guide and professional in this purchase as I've previously had no experience in this area at all. I was offered a drink and he made me feel very welcome taking his time to explain all their products, including frames, pillows, mattresses, protectors and answered my questions with great knowledge of the products. He even went through great detail of the features of each mattress even demonstrating with how each are made with demo interior models. This visual aide was really helpful and a key point in my decision. He went through the sales and what was going to work best for me which I appreciated greatly. Went back on second visit (once measurements for space were confirmed) to double check mattress preference and place my order! Charles was an excellent support in this process!

My wife and I enjoyed the Sleepmatch experience. We were warmly welcomed close to the entrance. We were offered fresh pillows for our comfort whilst testing and even a complimentary drink. A1 service in my opinion as well as great knowledge in an unhurried, relaxing environment. Kevin did a fantastic job with us in helping come to our final decision.
