It was a pleasure to be greeted by an exceptional member of your staff(James) who was so helpful & knowledgeable of your products offering me a pillow to try with the mattresses , a drink,and also to try the sleep machine which would give me an indication of what mattress would suite me.This I was very happy to try. Great. The pillow was extremely comfortable just what I wanted to ease my neck problems so I purchased one. I found the perfect mattress after trying three different ones with the help of James who explained the different components which the mattresses were made of. Looking forward to Wednesday for it to arrive. Your store & Personnel I highly recommend. Thankyou

James is a very personable and respectful individual who genuinely cares about his customer. He is at pains to point out all finer details of a product that were the questions that you wanted answers to before you had remembered to ask them! His customer service is second to none and he has a calm and confidence that comes with truly knowing his product range inside out. I should point out that I am a retired former National Sales Manager myself, so I know what to look for in sales staff. Top marks James!

Christian was very attentive and new about all the products. He allowed me tome to try each mattress and did not push me into buying the most expensive mattress ( although I did )

Everything was quick and easy and I collected my mattress there and then.

James made us feel comfortable right from the start with his friendly,professional attitude, which remained consistent throughout our whole experience. His knowledge of all the mattresses meant we didn’t waste time with the ones that wouldn’t have suited our requirements. He talked us through all our options, including disposing of our old bed. He acknowledged that we had driven a bit further to go to this particular shop. We were offered tea/coffee. That I find a wonderful personal touch. Our experience at Dreams in Loudwater was made painless, and made us feel confident with our purchase all due to James. Now we just can’t wait for the delivery of our Sk Quin bed and mattress. Overall a very easy experience. The sleep match helped us narrow down what we wanted and Kevin was great at outlining our options and then making it happen.
