In the way you went about selling me the produce I requested

the service we received from Charlie. she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Fortunately we went to the store when it was quite and had the run of the place. The machine that Dreams have got to assess your body needs when asleep was amazing, as it gave an indication of the firmness you needed for size, weight and posture. This allows the sales staff to better advise what would be suitable for your mattress needs. The staff then take you through a series of choices at different prices that you can try, which helps a lot when choosing.

The reception was excellent, we were offered help. We were allowed to explore the kids beds available and when were satisfied with what we saw. James came offered us hot drinks, explained offers available, helped us complete our order. Gave us pillows😊. In a nutshell we recieved excellent service from the moment we walked in till we left the shop. I would highly recommend this shop to friends and family.

I had been to the shop at least 3 times in the last year with my daughter who is incredibly picky. With the help of James we were miraculously able to choose her a new mattress for a reasonable price.

Charli the sales assistant was brilliant. She took time to explain the different products and made us feel totally at ease, there was no pressure selling and we left the store very happy with our purchases.

Good overall visit

Charlie who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable about the pillows we were looking at. She didn't push us to buy anything in particular, but gave us all the possible options that might help with our issue of a sore shoulder/neck. We lay on the bed and tried several of them. Charlie was also very patient with our 8 yo daughter who was testing out everything too!

got value for money and Mick Picciano was very good
