I was greated, offered a drink, given a pillow to use and I had my sleepmatch assessment

The salesman, James, had a pleasant manner; he listened to what we wanted and answered our questions quickly, confidently and apprpriately.

Your assistant mike was very helpful and made sure we were told about your products and he told us all about them also he did not pressure us in to buying items we were told all about them and able to decide on what was best for us

Mick Picciano gave great service. Attention to providing all information, assistance and advice was exceptional. As my husband is wheelchair bound and has aphasia Mick ensured that he was a part of the visit/process including providing him with coffee while I completed the ordering process. I cannot speak highly enough of Mick's help and assistance.

We were asked if we needed any help when entering the store ....given time to look then approached again from sales staff who gave advice and knowledge of products.

I have no complaints good service good products, every one would like to pay less. Thanks

We found a bed frame we liked and the experience with the sales advisor Mick made us want to buy it there and then. We weren't planning to but he was very helpful and not at all pushy which we react well to. The delivery time frame was much better than we anticipated and also the added extra just were very well explained as usually I would try and build things myself. But even the price of assembly was super reasonable.

James can out of no where in less than 5 second to offer his assistance. Great experience

The salesperson manner was very friendly, and measured. At no time did we feel rushed or we were being pushed. He presented and explained all the options and then left us to make our decision.
