Mick took time to understood what I needed and made me try a number of beds. He followed up via emails and phone calls to ensure we could come to a deal that worked for both of us.

pleasant young man took us through the mattress selection machine process and after; he gave us a good choice of price range and didn't push a particular mattress; he was quick and efficient with the order process. your delivery was on time and the men delivering were polite and efficient.

everything was well organised and the beds were very comfy

this was a return visit to buy a mattress i had started looking about 2 weeks ago but felt i needed to return there was no pressure during either visit and i was allowed as much time as i needed to try out different options also ti discuss the ease or practicality of delivery as I have a very tight top of stairs which it also tuned out eliminated some of the mattresses.both assistants each time were knowledgeable about products and options and payment options available as i hadn't intended buying a new mattress this year.

Assistant spoke to us on arrival and pointed us to the products we were looking for. He explained he would come back in 5 mins to see how we were getting on. He duly did and then took our order. Very easy and efficient.

Well to be honest we had an assistant called Michelle e he made me and my cousin feel like family that hows comfortable we felt. We spoke about other thing as well laughed cracked a few jokes. Introduce us too his colleges. He gave us a hot chocolate long story he made the experience very enjoyable.

Great customer service, helpful but gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss our choices. Have us tea, our son hot chocolate & looked up our previous order so we could compare it to a mattress we were looking at purchasing along with the new bed.
